TTC Plaza Da Nang accelerates progress ahead of the full complex's operational launch.

On May 8th, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company - TTC Land (HOSE: SCR) signed a management and operation contract for the TTC Plaza Da Nang project with PMC Company - a professional management and operation unit formed from the cooperation between Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group and Biken Techno Company (Japan).

This event marks a significant step in TTC Land's strategy to improve operational quality for its key project in the Central region.

Representatives from both sides performed the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement on the management and operation of the TTC Plaza Da Nang project.

Completing the ecosystem of the mixed-use project, TTC Plaza Da Nang is gradually being put into operation in Q3 2026.

Located on Dien Bien Phu Street – a vital transportation artery connecting the international airport, the administrative center, and key tourist destinations – TTC Plaza Da Nang is developed as a modern mixed-use complex with 18 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors. The project integrates multiple functions including a shopping mall, hotel, serviced apartments, and office space for rent, aiming to create a multi-utility space that meets the needs of residents and tourists for accommodation, work, and service experiences.

According to the plan, the AeonMall Thanh Khe shopping center within the TTC Plaza Da Nang project will officially open in early July 2026. Furthermore, in the third quarter of 2026, the TUI SUNEO Da Nang hotel, along with its serviced apartments and office blocks, will gradually become operational, marking the official opening of this modern commercial and service complex in the city center. This will contribute to supplementing the supply of high-quality space and create a new destination for business, accommodation, and tourism activities in Da Nang.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc – Standing Vice President and General Director of TTC Group – emphasized the project's role in the city's new development context: “Da Nang is entering a new phase of development with many strategic opportunities. Major policies from the central government are gradually being realized, along with specific mechanisms that open up many possibilities for the city to break through and form new growth drivers. In this context, projects that are well-invested and have a long-term vision will have many favorable conditions to maximize their value.”

Ms. Ngoc also stated that TTC Plaza Da Nang is envisioned not only as a commercial and service complex, but also as a multi-functional hub, contributing to shaping new standards for mixed-use projects in the Central region in the future.

Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc - Standing Vice President and General Director of TTC Group, believes that PMC will accompany TTC Land in building an efficient and synchronized operational standard, contributing to improving service quality and providing increasingly better experiences for customers at TTC Plaza Da Nang.

Collaboration with PMC to Enhance Operational Quality

According to the signed agreement, PMC will be responsible for the operational management of the assigned items at TTC Plaza Da Nang, including technical operation, system maintenance, security and safety management, environmental sanitation, and other operational support services. Some functional zones within the project will be operated by specialized units under their own management models.

Clearly separating the operational scope by function is considered a suitable solution for large-scale mixed-use projects, ensuring specialization and optimizing the operational efficiency of each item.

From the developer's perspective, TTC Land identifies operation as a key factor in maintaining the project's long-term value.

Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc further shared: “A project only truly ‘comes alive’ when it is operated efficiently, professionally, and provides a good experience for users every day. Choosing a management and operation partner is not just a technical decision, but also a long-term partnership in creating sustainable value for the project.”

PMC will partner with TTC Land in bringing TTC Plaza Da Nang into efficient operation, gradually establishing its position as a dynamic commercial and service destination in the Central region.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thanh, Deputy General Director of PMC, stated that TTC Plaza Da Nang is a large-scale mixed-use project integrating multiple functions, requiring synchronized and flexible operation. With experience in managing commercial and service complexes, PMC will focus on building and implementing operational procedures that meet international standards, while also strengthening service quality control to ensure a stable and safe operating environment for the entire project.

"We look forward to partnering with TTC Land in bringing TTC Plaza Da Nang into efficient operation, gradually establishing its position as a dynamic commercial and service destination in the Central region," the Deputy General Director of PMC shared, adding: "We are honored to be trusted by TTC Land to be the management and operation unit for TTC Plaza Da Nang. PMC is committed to implementing a professional management and operation system, applying advanced standards and technological solutions to improve service quality, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to increasing the sustainable value of the project. We believe that, with close cooperation between the two parties, TTC Plaza Da Nang will become a leading commercial and service destination in the Central region.”

The modern TTC Plaza Da Nang commercial, service, accommodation, and office complex is located in the heart of the coastal city.

TTC Plaza Da Nang was developed in collaboration with many reputable domestic and international partners, contributing to shaping the project's quality standards from the very beginning. These include Coteccons – the general contractor, Kume – the design firm, Apave – the technical consultant, BIDV Bank – the financial partner, TUI Hotels & Resorts – the international hotel management company, and AeonMall Vietnam – a retail brand from Japan.

The participation of these experienced partners not only creates synergy in capabilities but also affirms TTC Land's systematic approach to developing high-quality commercial and service complexes.

The collaboration with PMC further completes the project's development value chain, from investment and construction to operation, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, increasing competitiveness, and aiming for sustainable development for TTC Plaza Da Nang.
