Real estate investment in 2016: Which way to choose?

 

Currently, real estate market in the West of Ha Noi divided into 3 big areas Hoa – Nhan – Chinh, Ha Dong and Cau Dien. From previous up to day, Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh – Trung Kinh area (belong location of two districts: Cau Giay and Thanh Xuan) always hot of real estate project. If looking at the development of this area in last years we can see this place has the fastest growth rate in Ha Noi.

Accompany with Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh – Trung Kinh, Ha Dong is also a condense place which has many biggest apartment in Ha Noi

Cau Dien is one of the areas in the West gateway concentrated many biggest apartment projects in Ha Noi. Only 1 km in the radius around this gateway, it has some super projects had and are going to sell out to the market.

Evaluating the potential of real estate market in the West of capital, ms. Nguyen Hoai An – vice direct of CBRE Vietnam said: “In the upcoming time, the West area of city, along with Thang Long boulevard – potential land source and completed infrastructure will be the highlight of the big projects within 2 upcoming years.  

If Ha Noi real estate market tends to develop in the West, in Ho Chi Minh city, the East includes district 2, 9 and Thu Duc district will be the center point of market in Binh Than year.

In recent years, infrastructure development policy of city towards strongly to the East with main infrastructure projects which have been invested.

According to MacGregor, general director of Savills Vietnam, surely in 2016, we will see the HCM city real estate market is more vivid, especially in district 9. Many projects in land/villa/house segments as well as apartment in this area will be brought into the market. This is because of the improvement of infrastructure, the investors start moving out of district 2.
