Everyday, consumers still use a dramatically amount of undefined sugar kinds, no label (sugar contained in plastic bag and sewn by rubber band, which sellers often advertise as white sugar. They think these kinds of sugar is economic and sweeter than brand sugar ones.

However, a small number of people know most of undefined sugars do not secure food safety which mixed from low quality sugar kinds, water and some of food chemical, or contained cleansers that are not allowed in regulation or chemical that make sweeter of sugar, or contained extraneous matters such as soil, harmful health matters to consumers.

Chemical sugar (or sweet matter) is the matter not coming from natural, has higher lever of sweet than saccharose (natural sugar made from sugarcane, redish) and mostly do not supply energy, or supply less energy than granulated sugar (1 – 2 kcal/1 gram like isomalt sugar)
