The global culture festival is a culture exchange event which has big scale, organized with diversity activities in order to introduce Korean culture and participants in food, music, fashion, film, literature combined with trade and investment promotion.
The festival organized by Gyeongangbuk province, coordinate with Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) is provisioned budget by Korea Government.
This event is organized once every two years, from 1998, in line with 2 years cycle in Korea and the next two years organized out of Korea.
2017 global culture festival will contribute to promote culture, nation and image of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh city, also attracting Korean and other countries visitors.
