According to the agreement, TTC and FPT will engage in long-term collaborative business based on their synergistic relationship and existing capabilities. Notably, this event holds significant importance for the TTC Group in its execution of the 5-year development strategy for 2021-2025 and its vision for 2030.
Specifically, the TTC Group commits to giving priority to the FPT Group by applying favorable policies to products/services developed by TTC, cooperating in investments, and granting exclusive distribution rights. This applies to various exemplary industries, including agriculture, resort real estate, tourism real estate, industrial real estate, tourism, construction, solar energy, office leasing, and consumer products, among others.
Conversely, the FPT Group pledges to prioritize opportunities for collaboration, development, and the utilization of products and services within the FPT ecosystem, as well as distributing certain products and services developed by FPT.
