Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company officially listed on HOSE.

On January 30, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) held a ceremony to present the listing decision to Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company (Stock code: GHC) and officially commenced trading of 47,662,500 GHC shares with a total listed value (at par value) of over VND 476,625,000,000.

The reference price for GHC's first day of trading was VND 29,000 per share, with a price fluctuation range of ±20%.

Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company (GHC) was formerly Gia Lai Power Investment and Development Company Limited, established in 2002 with a charter capital of 6 billion VND. The company's main business is the construction of civil engineering works, including investment in and construction of small and medium-sized hydropower plants and industrial projects. Currently, GHC operates three hydropower plants in Gia Lai and Lam Dong provinces: H'Chan Hydropower Plant, H'Mun Hydropower Plant, and TTC Ham Phu 2 Solar Power Plant.

According to the audited financial statements for 2023-2024, GHC's net revenue in 2023 and 2024 reached over VND 327 billion and VND 316 billion respectively, with after-tax profits of over VND 155 billion and VND 181 billion. At the end of Q2/2025, GHC's net revenue reached over VND 144 billion, with after-tax profit of over VND 84 billion.

At the listing ceremony, representatives from HOSE congratulated GHC on its first trading session. As the market operator, HOSE will always accompany and support the company in fulfilling its obligations as a listed company, especially the obligation to disclose information and update regulations and policies related to the securities market.
