Over 46 million GHC shares of Gia Lai Hydropower have been approved for listing on the HoSE.

HoSE has just approved the purchase of nearly 46.7 million GHC shares of Gia Lai Hydropower, with a total value of over 476.6 billion VND at par value.

Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) approved the listing of GHC shares of Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company.

Accordingly, the total number of GHC shares approved for listing is nearly 46.7 million shares, with a total value at par value of over VND 476.6 billion.

At the close of trading on December 31, 2025, GHC shares were trading on the UPCoM exchange at VND 29,100 per share, corresponding to a total market capitalization of nearly VND 1,387 billion.

According to our research, Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company is a joint stock company established through the equitization of Gia Lai Electricity Investment and Development Company Limited and operates under a Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Gia Lai province on May 23, 2002.

The company's main activities are in the production and sale of electricity. Its headquarters are located at 114 Truong Chinh Street, Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai Province.

TTC H'Chan Hydropower Plant

As of September 30, 2025, Gia Lai Hydropower's charter capital stands at over VND 476.6 billion. Of this, Gia Lai Power Joint Stock Company (GEG) contributed over VND 298 billion (62.53%), Central Power Corporation contributed VND 13.5 billion (2.83%), and the remaining nearly VND 165.1 billion was contributed by other shareholders (34.63%).

It is known that Gia Lai Hydropower owns two hydropower plants: the TTC H'Mun Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 16.2 MW, which has been operational since May 2010, and the TTC H'Chan Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 12 MW, which has been operational since August 2006.

In addition, the company also owns the TTC Ham Phu 2 Solar Power Plant, built on a 54.2-hectare plot of land in the former Binh Thuan province, with a capacity of 49 MWp and a total investment of over VND 1,017 billion.

Regarding business performance, in the first nine months of 2025, Gia Lai Hydropower generated net revenue of over VND 235.7 billion, an increase of 5.3% compared to the first nine months of 2024; after-tax profit reached over VND 123.9 billion, an increase of 9.7%.

As of the end of Q3/2025, Gia Lai Hydropower's total assets increased by 4.2% compared to the beginning of the year, reaching over VND 1,556.3 billion. On the other side of the balance sheet, total liabilities are at nearly VND 399.7 billion, a decrease of 13.2%.
