On September 16, Duy Tan Plastic Recycling Joint Stock Company (DUYTAN Recycling) officially started the project of rooftop solar power system with capacity of 3,855 kWp with its partner TTC Energy Joint Stock Company (TTC Energy). This is a next step in the sustainable development strategy, linking production with environmental protection responsibility and enhancing the global competitiveness of the enterprise.

When put into operation, the system can provide a maximum of 5.19 million kWh of electricity per year, reducing emissions by over 3,400 tons of CO₂. Not only does it have economic significance, the project also affirms DUYTAN Recycling's determination to realize ESG (Environment - Society - Governance) criteria, contributing to building a sustainable recycled plastic industry in Vietnam.
Notably, investing in a clean energy system also helps DUYTAN Recycling meet the "green supply chain" standards that are increasingly required by major export markets such as the United States and Europe. This is considered an important competitive advantage, both enhancing brand reputation and creating conditions to expand opportunities to penetrate deeper into the global market.
