Until 2021, Viet Nam became a top 10th solar power electricity producer all over the world. Density of solar power electricity increases by 11 percent. This updated speed is higher than the speed of Japan, France – countries that have the most advanced economies all over the world.
Pham Minh Chinh – The Prime Minister supposed that “Viet Nam will stop building coal power factories and decreasing emissions in our environment until the rate of emissions gains zero in 2050”.
Over the past, the Government also supported energy suppliers with the high price of 9,35 cent/kWh. That creates a motivation to invest and develop solar power in Viet Nam.
According to Dezan Shira, the need for electricity in VietNam is going to increase 10% each year. Thus, The Government and energy suppliers should cooperate by strongly exploiting and developing wind power, solar power in the national electricity system.
