On January 7, 2026, at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ), in collaboration with Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), solemnly held the inauguration ceremony for the An Hoi 110kV Substation (Thanh Cong 2). This event marks a significant milestone in completing the energy infrastructure, meeting the growing demand for electricity, and creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the region.
The ceremony was honored to welcome the presence of leaders from departments and agencies of Tay Ninh province; representatives from the Southern Power Corporation, Tay Ninh Power Company; the leadership of TTC IZ and esteemed partners.
Strengthening energy infrastructure to support industrial park development.
In recent years, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park has witnessed a strong growth rate in production and business activities. According to the plan, the industrial park will continue to expand by another 500 hectares, bringing the total area to over 1,500 hectares. Along with the rapid increase in businesses, the demand for electricity is constantly rising, requiring a synchronized investment in energy infrastructure with sufficient capacity and stable operation. The construction of the 110kV An Hoi substation is a strategic step, contributing to reducing the power supply radius, increasing flexibility in grid operation, and ensuring a safe and stable power supply for Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park and surrounding areas.
Representing TTC IZ, Mr. Le Quang Vu - Deputy General Director, expressed: “Given the trend of expanding production and attracting large-scale projects, the electricity sector's investment in the An Hoi 110kV substation is a timely step, demonstrating a long-term vision and practical support for businesses.”
Modern technology ushers in a new phase of development.
Mr. Pham Ngo Hoang Trang – Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Power Company, said: “The An Hoi substation is built with a designed capacity of 2 transformers of 63 MVA each. In the initial phase, one 63 MVA transformer with 6 22kV outgoing lines will be installed (5 lines will supply power entirely within Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, and 1 line will supply power outside the industrial park). The substation has also had its equipment foundations built in advance to be ready for the installation of the second transformer when the load demand increases. The substation is designed as an unmanned 110kV substation, integrating a modern control, protection, monitoring, and SCADA system connected to the remote control center of the Grid Dispatching Department of Tay Ninh Power Company.”
The inauguration and commissioning of the An Hoi 110kV substation not only marks the completion of a key energy infrastructure project but also creates an important foundation for a new phase of development for the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, contributing to ensuring a stable power supply, improving the quality of infrastructure services, and promoting socio-economic development of Tay Ninh province in the coming time.
