On October 12, 2025, in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee held the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference with the theme: "Lam Dong: Breakthrough potential, enhance position". Within the framework of the conference, the Provincial People's Committee awarded investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates to 9 enterprises, with a total investment capital of over 35,000 billion VND, including the Da Oai Industrial Cluster investment project. This is one of 9 strategic projects approved by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee for investment policy and granted investment registration certificates.

The success of existing projects, which have been over 95% occupied, such as Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Tan Kim Industrial Park Expansion, and Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, is a solid foundation for TTC IZ to realize its vision in Lam Dong. Da Oai Industrial Cluster is oriented to be a new industrial highlight of the Central Highlands, linking production with logistics services, while promoting local economic development.

The Da Oai Industrial Cluster focuses on attracting industrial groups of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products processing (prioritizing local products such as durian, cashew nuts, planted forest wood), garment industry, mechanics, handicrafts and construction materials production. This orientation not only increases the added value of local agricultural products but also promotes the economic restructuring of Da Huoai commune towards sustainability.
As a pioneering industrial cluster in the area, the project is expected to create thousands of high-quality jobs for local people, where there are nearly 50,700 workers. At the same time, the project will contribute significantly to the state budget, promote the industrialization and modernization process and stimulate the development of ancillary service ecosystem, bringing comprehensive economic benefits to the community.
