On December 25, 2025, in Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ), in coordination with relevant units, held the groundbreaking ceremony for social housing under the Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area Project (TTC Residential Area).
This event marks an important step in the project's implementation and demonstrates TTC Group's concrete efforts to collaborate with the local authorities in developing social housing, contributing to ensuring social security for the workforce employed in industrial zones and clusters in the area.

Social housing - a housing solution for industrial zone workers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong, General Director of TTC IZ, said that the social housing project in the TTC residential area was formed from the practical need for stable, long-term housing for workers and laborers working in industrial zones in Tay Ninh province.
According to Mr. Chuong, TTC IZ implemented the project not with the mindset of "building cheap houses," but aiming to build a standard living environment, ensuring quality and sustainability, helping workers feel secure in their homes and committed to the company and the locality in the long term.
The project is implemented on a high-rise social housing land area of 3.9 hectares, with an investment scale of 4 buildings, each 15 stories high, with a total of 1,130 apartments, built on a planned land area of 2.5 hectares, with a total construction floor area of 80,000 m². Upon completion, the project will meet the housing needs of over 3,500 workers, contributing to stable housing and human resource development in the locality.
Representing the construction unit, Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh - Managing Director of Central Construction Joint Stock Company, affirmed that, as the general contractor, Central is committed to organizing construction scientifically, strictly adhering to technical standards, ensuring progress, quality of work, labor safety, and environmental responsibility.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, stated that the groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project in the TTC residential area is a significant event, demonstrating the province's and businesses' concern for social welfare, especially the housing needs of low-income workers and laborers.
According to Mr. Thanh, along with the development of social housing, Tay Ninh province always aims to build a synchronous system of technical and social infrastructure, creating conditions for people and workers to access social housing conveniently and affordably, thereby gradually stabilizing their lives and ensuring long-term commitment to the locality.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of TTC Group - shared that the social housing project in the TTC residential area is not only the result of the efforts of TTC Group and TTC IZ, but also reflects the concern and support of the leaders of Tay Ninh province for the strategy of developing human resources in industrial zones.
According to the Chairman of TTC Group, in the context of industrial zones in Tay Ninh attracting a large number of workers, the development of social housing associated with industrial zones is of practical significance, contributing to helping workers settle down, creating a foundation for businesses and investors to confidently develop sustainably, and at the same time responding to the major policies of the Party and State on the development of the private economy.

The TTC residential area is located in Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province – a gateway connecting Tay Ninh with Ho Chi Minh City, adjacent to the highly occupied Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park. Spanning over 42 hectares, the project is planned as a comprehensive residential and urban service area, including commercial townhouses, apartments, social housing, parks, schools, sports facilities, a shopping center, and a water park, meeting the long-term housing needs of residents and workers in the surrounding area.

The TTC Residential Area project is invested by Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ), developed by Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company - TTC Land (HOSE: SCR); Vietcombank is the credit financing partner according to the tripartite strategic cooperation agreement signed on October 30, 2025.
