In 2025, the project has marked many important milestones. On May 10, the project officially topped out, and TTC Land handed over the commercial base to AeonMall Vietnam, paving the way for a large-scale modern shopping center. On July 3, TTC Land continued to cooperate with TUI Hotels & Resorts - a member of TUI Group (Germany), one of the world's leading tourism groups - to operate the first international hotel branded TUI SUNEO in Vietnam, right in the project. This is a step to affirm the direction of cooperation with prestigious brands to increase the operational value of TTC Plaza Da Nang.
Accompanying the investor, the general contractor Coteccons is currently accelerating the completion of interior and exterior, installation of mechanical and electrical systems and landscape. Supervision work is being closely implemented, ensuring construction quality, labor safety and handover progress. At this pace, the project will be put into operation in early 2026.
