Investors said, in 216 villa land lots sold over one last month, 10% of the product (20 lots) have found foreign investors, overseas Vietnamese customers.

On August 23nd 2015, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (Sacomreal) has officially launched the project Jamona Home Resort in Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City. The result, 216 villa-grounds of this project was traded after 1 month introduced into the market.
