At the South, Novaland corporation has just released 7 real estate projects in the last months of years, raised the projects amount to 25.
Sacomreal just announced the amount of successful transactions in the last 9 months of 1.500. In last 3 months of a year, Sacomreall introduces 3 huge high-end projects: Jamona Riverside, Charmington, and the latest is Jamona Apartment in district 7 HCMC which include 200 apartments, the price is about VND18.5millionper square meter. This project provides good pricing compared to other projects in the same area. Before that, the project has made impressive achievements in HCMC real estate market by selling out 800 apartments in 2 months.
Same area, bunch of apartments has offered for sale by The Everich III – Phat Dat com., Sky Residence – Conic Linh Phong com., Happy Residence – Phu My Hung corp.
