Resolving business proposals promptly and effectively also demonstrates the role of the Advisory Council and the close coordination between the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam and state agencies in accompanying businesses, contributing to the promotion of socio-economic development.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang took a photo with representatives of business associations.

As reported by Young Entrepreneurs, on February 26th, at the third meeting of the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Task Force and the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Reform, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam, proposed several issues aimed at improving the quality and simplifying administrative procedures to serve the people and businesses.

The Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam, Dang Hong Anh, presented the business proposal at the meeting.

These issues were synthesized from the opinions and proposals of members sent to the Central Association before the meeting; among them, Chairman Dang Hong Anh raised the proposal of members of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Ninh Thuan province related to tax matters (requesting guidance on corporate income tax incentives for investment, land tax exemption or reduction, and a 30% reduction in land rent in 2023).

On the same afternoon, the tax authorities responded to the above proposal, immediately helping to resolve the difficulties and obstacles faced by businesses. It can be said that this is a positive result, demonstrating the active involvement of functional agencies in improving the business environment, supporting businesses; at the same time, showing the effectiveness of the Task Force and Advisory Council in coordinating with functional agencies in resolving business proposals.

The prompt and effective resolution of business proposals also demonstrates the role of Advisory Council members and the close coordination between the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam and state agencies in accompanying businesses, contributing to socio-economic development.

At the third meeting of the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Task Force and the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Reform on February 26th, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang emphasized: "If we do not continue to reform, things will not be smooth, they will not run, we will lose, we will fail."

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, there are regulations that are not suitable for the country's level of development; there is also "discrepancy" between regulations in laws, circulars, decrees, or between central agencies; between central agencies and localities; even between localities.

According to reports, the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Task Force has received and directed the handling of 130 reflections and proposals from business associations, member agencies of the Advisory Council on Administrative Reform. Ministries and agencies have handled and responded to 116 reflections and proposals in 2023, achieving a rate of 89.3%.

So far, more than 2,700 business regulations and 561 administrative procedures have been cut and simplified; 156/699 administrative procedures have been decentralized for resolution.
