TTC Group signs a cooperation agreement with Ton Duc Thang University.

On May 14, TTC Group and Ton Duc Thang University signed a cooperation agreement to leverage the strengths and potential of both parties, contributing jointly to the country’s socio-economic development.

Ms. Huỳnh Bích Ngọc – Standing Vice Chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group – highly praised the graduate standards of Ton Duc Thang University students, noting that in addition to academic knowledge, they are also required to have soft skills such as knowing how to swim and being proficient in at least one sport. This, she emphasized, contributes to shaping a dynamic young generation and future global citizens.

The event holds significant meaning as a milestone in the process of expanding collaboration between TTC Group and the academic sector, aiming to develop human resources and unlock comprehensive cooperation opportunities.

Attending the signing ceremony on behalf of TTC Group were Ms. Huỳnh Bích Ngọc – Standing Vice Chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group; Mr. Đặng Hồng Anh – Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice Chairman of TTC Group, along with the Group’s executive leadership.

Representing Ton Duc Thang University were Dr. Trần Trọng Đạo – Deputy Party Secretary and President, along with Associate Professors and Doctors who are Deans, Directors of Centers, and Heads of Departments, all witnessing the signing ceremony.

Strengthening business–academic collaboration
Based on their experience, capabilities, and strategic development orientations, TTC and Ton Duc Thang University have committed to becoming strategic partners, maximizing each party’s resources. According to the agreement, the two sides will implement a range of activities such as recruitment and human resource development; bilateral programs on career orientation and skill development; organizing site visits, internships, and field trips; supporting scholarship and learning assistance funds; collaboration in training and scientific research; consulting and providing corporate governance solutions; and utilizing services provided by TTC, its subsidiaries, and the university.

Mr. Đặng Hồng Anh – Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice Chairman of TTC Group – expressed his belief that the cooperation will open up many meaningful and practical values in the future.

TTC will give priority to Ton Duc Thang University as well as its lecturers and staff in applying preferential policies for products and services developed, co-invested, or distributed by TTC and its member companies. These include sectors such as energy, tourism, real estate, industrial real estate, education, consumer goods, healthcare services, sugar, molasses, ethanol, and logistics services, as well as construction – including industrial, civil, and infrastructure works – and office and commercial center leasing services.

At the signing ceremony, Ms. Huỳnh Bích Ngọc – Standing Vice Chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group – expressed her admiration for the university’s modern scale, professional academic and research environment, and the dedication and enthusiasm of the Board of Management, lecturers, and staff.

Mr. Đặng Hồng Anh – Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice Chairman of TTC Group – added that alongside its core industries, TTC Group has always regarded education as a vital foundation contributing to sustainable development, guided by the motto: "For the community, developing localities."

He believes that this cooperation will bring about many positive and practical values through training programs, academic opportunities, and research projects that will benefit students, staff, and members of both institutions.

The university currently has 44 academic programs that have been accredited and recognized as meeting international standards. The graduate employment rate exceeds 99%, with many disciplines reaching 100%, and over 80% of graduates working in jobs directly related to their fields of study.
